What is Palmetto Girls State?
Palmetto Girls State is a summer program. Participants learn about the American system of government and politics by participating in a mock governmental system. The program offers great leadership training and opportunities to prepare speeches, debate current issues, and vote for elected offices.
When and where is Palmetto Girls State held?
Palmetto Girls State will be held June 9-15, 2024 at Presbyterian College. Students must be committed to stay the entire week.
How do I apply for Palmetto Girls State?
The deadline for turning in applications is Friday, February 23rd at 8:30 a.m.
Please see Ms. Strom in the Guidance Office to pick up an application if you are interested.
