Mrs. Gina Jolly

This is my first year as Chorus director here at GHS and I am very excited. Let me take a moment to introduce myself. My name is Gina Jolly. I am married to Kevin Jolly (who is a GHS graduate and former Show Choir student of Mrs. Stark). I have been married for 10 years. I have a six year old daughter who is in the first grade at Ninety Six Primary school. Her name is Rachel.

This is my tenth year of teaching music. My teaching experiences include: six years as an elementary school music teacher (2 years in Newberry, and 4 years at Pinecrest and Hodges) and three years as the Choral Director for Ninety Six High School, and Edgewood Middle School. I served as the director for Children’s Choir, Youth Choir, Bell Choir and assisted the Adult Choir at Westminster Presbyterian Church for eight years.

I received a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from North Greenville College in 1997 and I received a Masters of Music Education with Choral Conducting emphasis from University of South Carolina in 2005. I received National Board Certification in 2002.
